Prepared to Serve

OUR HEART

The Heart Behind
Our Ministry

At Live Prepared Ministries, we view readiness not as a reaction to fear, but as a profound act of service. To be prepared is to be positioned—ready to extend a steady hand and an open heart when our communities need it most.

Our foundation rests on the belief that thoughtful stewardship today enables greater service tomorrow. Therefore, we not only prepare to help others in times of need, but we helping individuals, families, and communities prepare themselves for difficult times—so that together, in every season, we are equipped to serve with faith, compassion, coordination, and confidence.

Statement of Beliefs...

“If ye are prepared ye shall not fear.” — D&C 38:30

“When ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God.” — King benjamin

- We believe that God has consistently warned His people to prepare for times of difficulty and to care for one another. In harmony with these teachings, we seek to build a community of faith, resilience, and charity—equipping families to stand independent, serve others, and remain steadfast in times of both peace and adversity.

- We believe that God reveals truth through scripture and living principles, including the call to prepare for future challenges and to care for the poor and needy.

- We believe that spiritual preparedness must be accompanied by temporal preparedness, including wise stewardship of resources, development of practical skills, and the creation of communities that can support one another in times of need.

- We believe that in times of difficulty, God’s people are called not only to endure, but to serve—to provide refuge, sustenance, and hope to others.

- The sanctuary exists as a place of gathering, instruction, and refuge, where individuals and families can be strengthened spiritually and temporally. It is intended to serve as a center for teaching, preparation, and humanitarian support, both in present needs and in future times of hardship.
